With nearly 20 years of high-tech industry experience, Martha's expertise includes virtualizing business processes, channel strategies, outsourcing, network management tools, policy management, VPNs, LAN switches, and the SMB/SME market.

Prior to founding Nova Amber in late 2002, Martha held a variety of senior consulting and analyst positions advising such clients such as Coors Brewery, Hughes Aircraft Corporation, Peterson Air Force Base, Packeteer, Avaya, and Cisco Systems.

Martha has written columns for Business Communications Review, NetworkWorld Fusion, outsourcingcentral.com, Outsourcing Essentials and MicroTimes. Over the past two years her primary focus has been on actively researching, speaking and writing on Business Process Virtualization (BPV). Her presentations vividly illustrate the business benefits of executing within the BPV framework and include real world examples.
